Para nuestra organización es muy importante que exista transparencia en el manejo de los recursos de la organización así como un entendimiento pleno de la conexión entre la empresa Birding San Pancho y el Observatorio de Aves de San Pancho A.C.
Birding San Pancho es una compañía de avistamiento de aves que fue creada en 2007 por Luis Morales y su familia. Desde la creación del Observatorio de Aves de San Pancho A.C. en 2011 y su formalización como asociación en 2014, los observadores de aves de Birding San Pancho han sido los principales colaboradores financiaramente de la organización. Hasta la fecha la familia del actual director y representante de la organización el Biólogo Marino Luis Enrique Morales facilita los vehículos y el espacio para el trabajo de la organización y ofrece alojamiento accesible a investigadores, artistas y observadores de aves que colaboran ya sea con la empresa o la organización. En la actual etapa de crecimiento de la organización el Director Luis Morales trabaja como voluntario para la organización y únicamente tiene un sueldo temporal como coordinador de proyectos. El Observatorio de Aves de San Pancho A.C. requiere del apoyo de más personas comprometidas en ayudar donando su talento, su tiempo y los recursos que les sean posible para ayudar a enfrentar los crecientes retos que presenta la conservación de las aves en la región de Sierra de Vallejo-Bahía de Banderas. For our organization it is very important that there is transparency in the management of the resources of the organization as well as a full understanding of the connection between the company Birding San Pancho and the San Pancho Bird Observatory.
Birding San Pancho is a bird watching company that was created in 2007 by Luis Morales and his family. Since the creation of the Bird Observatory of San Pancho A.C. in 2011 and its formalization as an association in 2014, Birding San Pancho´s birdwatchers have been the main collaborators of the organization financially. To date, the family of the current director and representative of the organization the Marine Biologist Luis Enrique Morales facilitates the vehicles and space for the organization's work and offers accommodation accessible to researchers, artists and birdwatchers who collaborate with the company or the organization. In the current stage of growth of the organization, Director Luis Morales works as a volunteer for the organization and only has a temporary salary as project coordinator. The Bird Observatory of San Pancho A.C. requires the support of more people committed to helping by donating their talent, their time and the resources they can to help meet the growing challenges of bird conservation in the Sierra de Vallejo-Bahía de Banderas region.
